Alright, so 'News Universe' on Youtube (post below) didn't stream the event live at all. They uploaded the event right after it finished. A couple of minutes after Trump started speaking, I found 'Right Side Broadcasting' streaming the event (this post) which worked fine. Sorry that many of you wasted your time with 'News Universe' channel. I didn't know they couldn't be trusted.
